TERMS OF SERVICE:

For all transactional and legal purposes, the seller will be bellavia.shop, a company distributing household items, subject to Colombian laws, legally registered and headquartered in the city of Cali, hereinafter referred to as bellavia.shop. Transactions carried out through the website bellavia.shop (the “Site”) are subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), particularly those related to distance selling under applicable Colombian legislation. By making a transaction on the Site, you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions described below. Likewise, any user visiting the Site is deemed to know and accept all conditions of these Terms and Conditions. The term “Clients” refers to Site visitors, potential buyers, and purchasers alike.

DATA CAPTURE – CUSTOMER REGISTRATION:

bellavia.shop operates the Site through which customers can purchase products offered, including but not limited to household items, personal care, sports, technology, and pet products. Customer registration on this Site is mandatory to make purchases. Customers must register on the registration page providing basic data including personal information such as national ID number, address, and phone numbers. By submitting their data, Customers declare in good faith that the information is true and up to date. Customer data will be handled according to bellavia.shop’s data processing policies, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Registration and purchases on the Site must be carried out by legally capable persons under Colombian law exclusively. Customer registration information will be collected, stored, and used by bellavia.shop with sufficient security measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent access or use, guaranteeing the rights of data owners. The data requested during registration is intended to register the Customer to access the Site and eventually purchase items offered. The collected data will be used for statistical and promotional purposes.
If the Customer decides to purchase any products offered, it will be necessary to provide specific information such as credit/debit card details, billing address, phone number, and shipping address. For security reasons, bellavia.shop reserves the right to request additional data to verify personal information and may temporarily or permanently refuse to process purchases when data cannot be confirmed. The company may delete or reject registrations without obligation to explain its reasons and without liability to the Customer for damages.

PROMOTIONS:

Customers expressly authorize bellavia.shop to send promotional emails to the registered email address according to each Customer’s purchase history and browsing behavior. Customers also agree to the terms and data handling policies of MercadoPago, the payment platform contracted by bellavia.shop, available at www.mercadopago.com.co. Customers may request to stop receiving promotional emails by contacting info@bellavia.com.

USE OF COUPONS:

If applicable, discount coupons are not combinable with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise specified. Coupons are valid for one-time use per customer and only for individuals over 18 years old.

PROMOTION VALIDITY AND CONDITIONS:

Offers and/or promotions have the validity period indicated to the user; otherwise, they remain valid until the allocated inventory is exhausted. Promotions cannot be combined with others unless explicitly stated on the Site.

PRODUCTS:

Essential characteristics of each product sold through this Site are those visually displayed. Colors or other features may vary occasionally.

PRICES:

Product prices include all applicable taxes and additional costs. Customers acknowledge that prices may vary depending on the chosen color or model.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Customers acknowledge that between the time they select a product and the transaction’s final approval by the financial entity, the product may become unavailable. In such cases, bellavia.shop reserves the right to cancel the transaction and refund the payment for the unavailable product. Customers will be informed within eight (8) business days of the purchase date. This does not create liability for bellavia.shop nor entitles Customers to damages.

PRODUCT DELIVERY:

bellavia.shop will ship products via SERVIENTREGA, ENVIA, or COORDINADORA, with delivery within a maximum of eight (8) business days after payment confirmation, depending on the destination city. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched. Initially, shipments are limited to domestic deliveries on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays). All deliveries require signed receipt confirmation. Due to logistical challenges, bellavia.shop reserves the right to cancel orders or apply additional terms (including minimum order values) for remote areas. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed dates.

SHIPPING COST:

We currently offer free shipping as a limited-time promotion. However, some cities or municipalities may not be eligible and will incur shipping charges. Shipping costs will be calculated individually based on destination, weight, and package volume and displayed during checkout before payment.
